BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

We implement strict physical, electronic, and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data. These include but are not limited to:
  1. 1. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

    1.1 Advance Booking Requirement

    All bookings must be made in advance via one of the following authorized channels:
    • The official Company website (https://3d-blacklight-minigolf.com/)
    • In-person booking via a Company representative
    • Through third-party platforms officially contracted and recognized by the Company

    1.2 Walk-in Bookings

    Guests who arrive at the venue without a prior reservation (“walk-ins”) may be accommodated strictly subject to availability. The Company makes no guarantee that access will be granted without an advance booking, particularly during peak hours, weekends, school holidays, or public events.

    1.3 Booking Confirmation

    Bookings are considered valid only after receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation email or digital ticket. It is the Guest’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and check confirmation receipt. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, the Guest must contact the Company immediately.

    1.4 Booking Restrictions

    The Company reserves the right to limit the number of participants per session, restrict bookings from parties who previously violated venue rules, or cancel/reschedule sessions in accordance with capacity, safety, or operational considerations.
  2. 2. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

    2.1 Cancellation by Guest

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are eligible for a 100% refund to the original payment method.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
    • No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be treated as last-minute cancellations and are fully non-refundable.

    2.2 Cancellation by Company

    The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Technical malfunctions
    • Staff shortages
    • Facility maintenance
    • Health and safety issues
    • Force Majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemic-related closures)
    In such cases, Guests will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no extra cost.

    2.3 Late Arrivals

    Guests arrivingmore than 15 minutes latefor a scheduled session may lose their slot and may not be eligible for a refund. Timeliness is the responsibility of the Guest.
  3. 3. REFUND PROCESS

    3.1 Refund Methodology

    Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. If the original payment method is no longer valid, the Guest must inform the Company prior to refund initiation.

    3.2 Processing Timelines

    Please allow 30 to 45 business days for the refund to reflect, subject to bank processing times, holidays, and third-party gateway procedures.

    3.3 Non-Refundable Charges

    Any transactional fees, currency conversion charges, or bank processing surcharges incurred during the original payment are non-refundable.

    3.4 Amendments & Rescheduling

    Guests seeking to amend their booking date or time may submit a written request by emailing contact@3d-blacklight-minigolf.ae at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
  4. 4. GROUP BOOKINGS & PRIVATE EVENTS

    4.1 Definition

    Group bookings are defined as reservations for10 or more guests. Private events refer to exclusive venue reservations for birthdays, corporate functions, or educational programs.

    4.2 Separate Agreements

    All group and private event bookings are subject to bespoke agreements, whic

    • Security deposits
    • Minimum attendance guarantees
    • Cancellation notice periods exceeding 48–72 hours
    • Special terms for food, decoration, or outside vendors

    4.3 Contractual Priority

    In case of conflict, the terms outlined in the individual event contract shall supersede this general Booking & Cancellation Policy.
