RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return any booking within 24H prior to the booking.
We will not accept returns / cancelations after this deadline and we will charge you the full price of the booking.

PAYMENT CONFORMATION

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

In case you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us immediately at contact@3d-blacklight-minigolf.ae no later than 24 hours prior to the booking.
We will always try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a successful cancellation once this period has elapsed.
