To maintain a family-friendly, culturally respectful, and physically safe environment that aligns with both local legal frameworks and international expectations for public entertainment venues, MATCH PLAY RECREATIONAL PLAYGROUND L.L.C. hereby enacts the following extended Code of Conduct and House Rules. These regulations are mandatory for all individuals, groups, or organisations engaging with our facilities, including but not limited to ticketed guests, guardians accompanying minors, school and corporate groups, and third-party event facilitators.

1. 1. General Conduct and Behavioral Expectations

   All guests are expected to behave in a manner that fosters a courteous and welcoming atmosphere. This includes:
   • Speaking to staff and fellow guests in a respectful, non-confrontational tone at all times.
   • Refraining from any form of verbal abuse, bullying, racial slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language.
   • Avoiding disruptive, loud, or inappropriate conduct that may interfere with the enjoyment of the venue by others.
   • Refraining from any acts that could be interpreted as harassment, intimidation, or stalking, including unwanted physical contact or verbal threats.
   • Not engaging in vandalism, defacement of property, or interference with set decor or artistic installations. Any damage—accidental or deliberate—will be assessed and charged to the responsible party.

2. 2. Dress Code and Cultural Compliance

   Given the family-oriented and tourism-heavy nature of our clientele in Dubai, guests must adhere to a dress code that respects local customs and modesty expectations, including:
   • Wearing clean, presentable attire at all times. Shirts and footwear must be worn throughout the visit.
   • Avoiding clothing that displays obscene language, offensive political slogans, or discriminatory symbols.
   • Swimwear, revealing outfits, or garments deemed provocative or offensive in nature are strictly prohibited.
   • Costumes are permitted during themed events only if they comply with these standards.
   Guests not meeting the dress code may be denied entry or requested to change prior to participation.

3. 3. Safety, Supervision, and Movement

   The safety of every participant is of paramount importance. To that end:
   • Running, horseplay, or any action that could endanger others—especially in low-light environments—are strictly prohibited.
   • Guests must remain on marked paths and may not climb, sit on, or tamper with props or structures.
   • All children under the age of 13 must be actively supervised by a responsible adult guardian (18+). Failure to supervise minors may result in removal from the venue.
   • Guests with medical conditions, mobility concerns, epilepsy, or light sensitivity are advised to consult with a staff member before entering glow-in-the-dark zones.
   • Emergency exits must be kept clear. Alarms are to be used strictly for emergencies.

4. 4. Prohibited Items and Substances

   To maintain hygiene, safety, and public decency, the following items and activities are strictly forbidden:
   • Alcoholic beverages, illicit drugs, or any intoxicating substances. Persons under the influence will be denied entry without refund.
   • Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, or any smoking-related devices. Our facility is strictly smoke-free.
   • Outside food and beverages unless explicitly permitted for medical or infant care reasons.
   • Weapons, replica firearms, sharp tools, or objects deemed dangerous by management.
   • Skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, or similar devices (excluding certified medical mobility aids).
   All bags are subject to inspection upon entry.

5. 5. Surveillance, Monitoring, and Data Handling

   To ensure public safety and property protection:
   • The venue is under continuous closed-circuit video surveillance (CCTV) in public areas.
   • By entering the premises, guests consent to the recording and use of such footage for security, investigative, or legal purposes.
   • Data obtained from surveillance is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection laws.

6. 6. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Individuals

   MATCH PLAY RECREATIONAL PLAYGROUND L.L.C. reserves the unconditional right to:
   • Refuse admission to any individual who, in the sole discretion of the management team, presents a risk to the peaceful operation of the venue.
   • Immediately eject any guest violating house rules without refund.
   • Inform law enforcement or civil authorities where required by law, or where conduct escalates to criminality.
7. This right is reserved to maintain a secure, respectful, and inclusive experience for all guests.
